Blueberry Smoothie
This simple smoothie is packed with antioxidants and omega-3 to help boost your immune system. Blueberries may also help to improve cognition and reduce factors associated with heart disease.

Serves 1-2
Ingredients
1 cup organic unsweetened nut milk (almond, cashew, coconut)
1 cup organic blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp unsalted, unsweetened almond butter
2 whole dates pitted
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender and mix on high for 2–3 minutes or until hemp seeds are completely blended.
Top with extra hemp seeds and cinnamon and enjoy!
Make it your own
Add 1/4 tsp dried turmeric
Add a small fresh banana
1-2 cups greens like spinach, kale, or collard greens
Substitute chia seeds for the flax seeds
Substitute other berries such as raspberries blackberries strawberries…
Substitute cashew butter for the almond butter
