Almond Flour Crackers

Try these homemade almond flour crackers with 4 simple ingredients. They’re
low-carb and gluten-free. 

Serves 4
Prep time: 12 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

2 cups  Blanched Almond Flour

1/2 tsp Sea salt

1 tablespoon butter, melted

1 large Egg (beaten)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Mix the almond flour and sea salt in a large bowl.

  4. Add the egg and mix well using a mixer or food processor, until a dough forms and holds together

  5. Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper and cover with a second piece of parchment, spread it out with your hands

  6. Place a second sheet of parchment paper on top and use a rolling pin to roll out to rectangle, about 1/16 thick

  7. Cut the cracker dough into rectangles. Prick with a fork or toothpick if desired.

  8. Place on the lined baking sheet. Bake for 8-12 minutes, until golden.

Make it your own

Do not add salt to the batter and instead, sprinkle it on top of the crackers before baking.

Add 1 Tbs ground flax seeds

Add one of the following:

A pinch of garlic powder

Sprinkle “everything but the bagel seasoning” Add the salt during the mixing process

Sprinkle some Italian seasoning

Make the crackers into the shape of your choosing using a small cookie cutter
