Artichoke Dip

This is an all-time family favorite recipe. It’s quick and tasty. Serve it with a sliced baguette.

 Serves 4
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

1 14 oz can whole Artichoke Hearts

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

1 garlic clove diced

1 baguette sliced

Directions

1.     Preheat oven to 350°F

2.     Mix all the ingredients in an oven proof dish.

3.     Bake uncovered for about 20-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

4.     Serve with sliced baguette.

Make it your own

Add a sprinkling (1/2 tsp) green chili powder

Add a 4 oz can of mild diced green chili’s

Serve with tortilla chips instead of bread.
