Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
This a great substitute for traditional chicken wings. Baked buffalo cauliflower wings recipe creates an easy and healthy crispy wing perfect for the Super Bowl or any other occasion This recipe is the foundation for many different seasonings to vary the flavor of the dish. Roasting cauliflower to caramelize enhancing the natural sugars.

Ingredients
“Wings”
1 large head cauliflower. 4 cups when chopped
1 organic pasture egg
1 cup almond flour
½ tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Buffalo Sauce
4 tablespoons (¼ cup) grass fed butter
½ cup mild hot sauce or to taste
2 tablespoons wheat free Tamari
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon local honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Wash and chop cauliflower into uniform size florets
Beat egg In a small bowl
In a large gallon Ziplock bag combine the cauliflower and egg to and shake until evenly coated
In a small bowl, mix together the almond flour, garlic powder, and salt.
Add the flour mixture to the cauliflower and shake well until evenly coated
Place cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly brown
Place a small saucepan over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, whisk in the remaining Buffalo Sauce ingredients to combine.
Remove from heat and set aside
Remove the “wings” from the oven and cool for 5 minutes
In a large mixing bowl add the cooked wings, pour the buffalo sauce over top of cauliflower and toss to coat
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce

Substitute ghee or avocado oil for the butter
