Crispy Oven Fries
The is a great side for any dish when you are craving French Fries. This is an health alternative. These these Crispy Oven Fries are ready in less than an hour.

Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes, washed and cut into 6 to 8 wedges
1/8 cup California olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 500 F.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
Place potato wedges in a large bowl.
In large bowl, add the potatoes olive oil, garlic, salt, paprika and pepper.
Mix until evenly coated.
Spread the potatoes skin-sides-down on the baking sheet
Place the loaded tray in the oven
Bake for 35 minutes, turning wedges halfway through the baking time.
Once potatoes are golden, crisped, and soft, carefully remove from the oven.
Spike with chopped parsley
