Easy Breakfast Smoothie
Breakfast smoothies are a wonderful way to start the day. Smoothies are quick, health and easy to take on the road. This recipe is loaded with antioxidants, fiber, and other nutrients as well being gut friendly. These ingredients also help fight inflammation and may protect against cancer.

Ingredients
2 cups frozen organic berries, your choice
1 cup of organic coconut, almond or cashew milk
1-2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1/4 cup orange juice
Directions
Using a countertop blender, mix all of the ingredients until smooth

Making it your own
Add 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Add 1/2 cup organic pasture feed whole milk yogurt
Add one banana, coarsely chopped
Substitute 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice for the orange juice
Mango ginger
Substitute frozen mango for the berries
Increase the fresh grated ginger to 1 tablespoon
