Mango Date Energy Balls

Sweet, sticky dates act as the glue for these no-cook energy balls. Perfect for hikes or during sports, this healthy snack travels well.

Ingredients

2 cups pitted whole dates

1 cup raw cashews

1 cup dried mango or other dried fruit

¼ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Process dates, cashews, mango (or other fruit) and salt in a food processor until finely chopped.

  2. With wet hands (to prevent the mixture from sticking to them), squeeze about 2 tablespoons of the mixture tightly between your hands and roll into a ball. Place in a storage container. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
